Went yesterday and filled out the application. They have 25 (!) newborn kittens, and I am #2 as far as adoption rank.
But the waiting room was FULL of adorable, adoptable cats. I am a bit tormented :(
Well, the kittens always get adopted quickly. We adopted Harley when he was 6 months old - past the easily-adoptable age, but still young and fun. I think you'll know when you find the right one!
It was an absolutely heart wrenching experience. If I didn't have a friend with me for sanity, I would be running a cat ranch today. :(
