The thing is, Cookie Monster is probably diabetic or something, so if she just gave him the cookies he'd calm down after they were gone, like he always does. Actually, he might have an eating disorder, since he sometimes seems guilty after eating a whole plate of cookies. I feel bad for the poor guy. He's a sick monster, not a bad one.
